  • If you choose to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please notify us within 7 days of the service completion. We will evaluate your feedback and may issue a partial or full refund based on our assessment.
